We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives. And we are responsible for the implementation and sustainment of the Army's General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) within DHA's Military Health System (MHS). We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our team in supporting the Installation Management Command's (IMCOM) Public Works Systems (PWS).#MC Responsibilities Your day-to-day work will include: The position is responsible for developing and implementing a fully functional knowledge management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will apply knowledge management policies and procedures to both existing and new initiatives, supporting consistency and efficiency across teams. The individual will assist in the design, development, and implementation of automated workflows to streamline business processes, while also creating clear and concise documentation for those workflows, administrative procedures, and governance standards. Additional responsibilities include developing training materials, providing end-user training and support on SharePoint functionalities and workflows, and facilitating general knowledge transfers among key stakeholders. The role also involves generating regular performance reports on SharePoint usage, knowledge base growth, and user satisfaction. A strong understanding of SharePoint is required to create and manage content types, site columns, lookups, and templates; build scalable site structures; manage alerts; and support changes to sites. The candidate will also develop and manage document libraries, metatags, and other knowledge support requirements, perform SharePoint administration tasks, and complete other duties as assigned. Salary range 110-140k and is dependent upon candidate experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
