Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional 6:00 AM start)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What You'll Do:

• Replace and empty chip bins and load containers onto trucks
• Clean filters and fans throughout the facility
• Operate a floor scrubber and maintain facility cleanliness
• Dispose of used coolant and oil containers properly
• Manage trash and recycling duties, including baling cardboard
• Clean windows, bathrooms, breakrooms, entrances, and other facility areas
• Handle yard work, snow removal, and exterior upkeep
• Assist with event setup (tables, lights, chairs, etc.)
• Participate in 5S organizational activities

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1-2 years of facilities or janitorial experience preferred
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance tasks
• Sit-down forklift experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with a strong work ethic
• Must follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment
