Pay & Schedule:

Starting Pay: $19.40/hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift

Training: One full day of orientation required, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process material transactions including issuing, receiving, and returning stock
• Prepare, package, and label shipments according to customer and quality standards
• Monitor packaging inventory and communicate supply needs
• Prioritize and fulfill daily shipping requirements
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy
• Work cross-functionally with supervisors, quality, and production teams
• Assist in training newer team members as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Perform additional warehouse and stockroom duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of forklift experience required
• Previous experience in stockroom, warehouse, or packaging preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packaging/stockroom standards
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Team-oriented attitude and effective communication skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols
• Physically capable of lifting and handling materials as needed
