Join Our Team as a Patient Financial Advocate! Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a knack for solving problems? We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Financial Solutions team as a Patient Financial Advocate. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping recent patients understand and manage their billing statements. You'll handle phone calls, emails, and even send out letters to ensure every patient feels supported and informed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $17.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
