This is a fully onsite position with a client that is located in Schaumburg, IL. Need to fill the last position no later than this Friday. Job Description -60/40 customer email and data entry of claims cases -Communicate with email with external customers and internal -Perform 1st review of incoming CM loss reports, and ensure quality of detail, format, and client required data parameters. -Resolve any issues with data completion and accuracy thru secondary driver or fleet contact, or through other methods of data retrieval. -Analyze and edit loss report folders to determine subrogation feasibility and establish common coding as specified by client parameters. Manage "letter control" set up and file follow-up (diary) settings for Subrogation Team. -Complete client/carrier notifications of FNOL within 24 hour benchmark. -Consult, assist, and support, Subrogation Team in all aspects of daily operations. -Perform "back-up" for overflow of current Collision Management loss report lines. Top Skills Details customer service, computer support, email Additional Skills & Qualifications Must haves: -Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience in customer service and data entry -Must have customer service experience and previous experience emailing customers -Proficient with computers, including outlook -Strong communication, verbal and writing skills Plus but not required: -2 years auto insurance industry experience -Experience in claims #priorityeast Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
