Associate Repair & Maintenance (H)

SUMMARY: Performs installation, maintenance and repair work on equipment, buildings and grounds under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all duties of Maintenance/General Services as required.
• Performs complex maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
• Performs general maintenance, groundskeeping, clean-up & repairs of buildings, facilities and grounds.
• Plan and complete special projects as required.
• Perform periodic maintenance and documentation in accordance with company Preventative Maintenance Programs and equipment service manuals.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and facility breakdowns in a timely and safe manner.
• Make equipment and facility installations, modifications and repairs.
• Coordinate projects and lead other personnel as required.
• Make Electrical Installations and Repairs to facilities and buildings as required.
• Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Must have High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of five years experience and Electrical Journeyman Certification Preferred

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Sufficiently skilled or having working knowledge of the following trades: Carpenter, Plumber, Mechanic, Machinist, Welder, Mason, Electrician, Electronics Tech, etc.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness.

HOURS OF WORK: Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders on a frequent basis. Adequate strength is needed to move and repair equipment
