The Department of Applied Human Sciences (AHS) is one of five departments within the College of Education and Human Service Professions. AHS is the department home to nearly 30 full-time and part-time faculty members with teaching and research interests in multiple degree programs: Childhood Nature Studies, Environmental and Outdoor Education, Exercise & Rehabilitation Sciences, Health and Physical Education, Physical Education Teacher Education, and Public Health.
