Schedule: 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr. Key Responsibilities: This role involves operating various manufacturing equipment such as compression presses, laser machines, bonding stations, and tub assembly stations while safely handling fiberglass materials. Responsibilities include following detailed instructions, maintaining a steady production pace with a focus on quality and safety, conducting regular inspections, and accurately completing production and quality documentation. The position requires cross-training on multiple workstations, adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, and support of IATF 16949 standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
