The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team is dedicated to financial reporting and enabling budget execution & optimization to deliver growth and efficiencies across the company. This role partners across multiple functions including functional stakeholders, Finance Business Partners, Corporate F&S, Recruiting, Sourcing, Accounting and others in the broader Finance organization. This individual will report through the AMER Sales Finance Team with the primary area of responsibility being expense and headcount management. The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business, guiding decision-making through strong business partnership and insightful, innovative analysis. We are seeking forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can improve processes to help the company scale with growth.

This role operates cross-functionally within F&S to deliver exceptional results through process improvement, enhanced management reporting, providing key access to data, and by acting as a subject matter expert for expense management and other related items for the organization they support. This role will partner with our Go to Market (GTM) teams in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses.

Your Impact

  • Become embedded with business partners (both in Finance and across other functions), establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers

  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and manage interdependencies on other company processes to meet work deadlines

  • Build forecasting models, build dashboards, identify business trends, and craft narratives for headcount and expense planning.

  • Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities

  • Must be results and service oriented and have a strong ability to make and communicate progress with incomplete information

  • Develop scalable reporting

  • Research financial results, distill and synthesize key messages to business partners

  • Provide ad hoc financial support and scenario analysis to Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required

  • FP&A experience with forecasting and financial cycle deliverables

  • 5+ years FP&A experience including experience with forecasting and financial cycle deliverables

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel and Google Sheets

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Tableau expertise highly preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Excellent written, verbal, quantitative, and presentation skills; innovative

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
