Location: Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI highly preferred. Remote candidates will be considered.

Travel Requirements:

If Rosemont/Milwaukee based, up to 25% travel.

If remote, up to 65% travel.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to lead the development and execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across Enterprise Functions and Shared Services, including Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Supply Chain, Business Development, Customer Service, and Legal. This role will champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in non-manufacturing environments, driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivering sustainable performance gains aligned with enterprise strategy.

As a key member of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) enterprise team, the VP will serve as a strategic partner to Executive Leadership Team functional leaders-supporting transformation efforts, institutionalizing standards, and building problem-solving capabilities across functions to enable ongoing growth and year-over-year performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of CI strategies across Shared Services functions to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

  • Serve as a thought leader and architect for CI programs, emphasizing Lean and Six Sigma principles tailored to service-based environments.

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives that align with enterprise objectives.

  • Establish and institutionalize management systems and standards that support a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Mentor and coach leaders and teams on CI tools and methodologies, including structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for CI within Shared Services, translating it into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead and support Kaizen events and CI projects across multiple service functions.

  • Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Champion change management and capability development to ensure sustainable transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CI roles within Shared Services or service-based environments.

  • Proven success in deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in non-manufacturing settings.

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide CI transformations and strategy deployment.

  • Strong program and project management skills; certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred.

  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, Prosci).

  • Proficiency in CI tools: Value Stream Mapping, Transactional Process Improvement, Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, etc.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

Compensation Details:

Expected Base Salary Range: $194,00 - $302,300

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
