- Directly support, manage, coach & lead four facilities with 15+ team members in Equipment Rental, Distribution, Order Fulfillment and Maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate equipment rental business including fleet management, proper fleet mix, accessory management, maintenance and inventory.
- Manage and coordinate the field technician team including scheduling, training, support
- Manage and coordinate order fulfillment team and customer experience.
- Provide hands on support to team members and all facility needs. Lead from the front, not the desk.
- Must have daily urgency and pace that helps satisfies customer needs and maintains the expected growth of the business.
- Ensure all established costs, quality, customer service standards and delivery commitments are met.
- Oversee and monitor Safety programs and initiatives to ensure team member and company compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Oversee and monitor Risk Management programs and initiatives at all assigned facilities to ensure team member and customer safety/health and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Monitor and maintain production and quality control standards and monitor data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs, prevent operational delays and achieve maximum profitability with efficient operations.
- Improve operational processes, develop and challenge team members. Participate in some minor recruiting initiatives in the geographic area.
- Foster a culture of continuous development while building future leaders.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, closely related field required or the equivalent knowledge, education and experience. Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years' experience leading and managing in a manufacturing/warehouse/distribution environment.
- Proficient knowledge and business use of Microsoft Office products.
- Training and onboarding will require travel along with travel between facilities.
- Clean driving record.
- Available to work extended hours and occasional weekends as needed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Occasionally exerting up to 70 pounds of force; frequently exerting up to 50 pounds of force; and constantly exerting 10 pounds of force to move objects.
- Frequently stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking.
- Frequent talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity.
- Occasional operation of warehouse related equipment such as forklifts and other pipeline related equipment.
