Description: NSI requires a Program Analyst to support PMA-299 Mission Systems IPT. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, and/or business case analyses; and collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, production, or sustainment programs. Additionally, assists in the development of Statement(s) of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List(s) (CDRL), and will apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Experience in Acquisition Management System (AMS) modules (i.e., CDRL Tool, PMT, CSPT) is highly desired. Must have experience in DoD and/or NAVAIR program/project analysis activities.

PMA-299 is the H-60 Joint Program Office. PMA-299 is under control of Program Executive Office for Air ASW, Assault, and Special Mission Programs, PEO(A) and was established to support the Multi-Mission Helicopter Program Office (PMA-299) under the control of the responsible for the life cycle management of all Navy H-60 helicopters, associated support equipment, and services for the U. S. Navy.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Allowable Substitution: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.

Experience: At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
