As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience-guiding partners and clients to the right solutions while driving growth in a key region for our global success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support customer growth by creating tailored quotes, submittals, and project estimates using CRM and ERP tools.

  • Collaborate with external sales teams to identify new opportunities and grow strategic accounts.



  • Provide technical guidance to channel partners and OEMs-serving as their go-to commercial contact.



  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.



  • Coordinate across teams to answer product, order, and delivery questions-ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.



What We're Looking For


  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field-or equivalent work experience


  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce; strong Microsoft Office skills.



  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.



  • Knowledge of variable speed drives, bid-spec projects, or electrical systems is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000- $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
