As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience-guiding partners and clients to the right solutions while driving growth in a key region for our global success.

• Support customer growth by creating tailored quotes, submittals, and project estimates using CRM and ERP tools.

  Collaborate with external sales teams to identify new opportunities and grow strategic accounts.

  Provide technical guidance to channel partners and OEMs-serving as their go-to commercial contact.

  Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.

  Coordinate across teams to answer product, order, and delivery questions-ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

  
  

• 
  

  A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field-or equivalent work experience

  
  
• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• 
  

  Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce; strong Microsoft Office skills.

  Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of variable speed drives, bid-spec projects, or electrical systems is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000- $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
