Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced and analytical Manager to lead a team focused on employee engagement, outreach, and retention. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional who thrives on data, understands frontline workers, and wants to make a difference in the lives of our workforce across the country. This position is not a traditional HR generalist role. Rather, it's a dynamic, strategy-oriented role that blends engagement, survey analytics, operational reporting, and cross-functional partnership. You will lead two core teams: one focused on understanding and reducing employee attrition, and another dedicated to re-engaging inactive hourly workers and returning them to schedule. Duties/Responsibilities: * Compile and organize weekly data into presentations used by senior leadership. * Serve as a key support to the Senior Director, adapting to shifting priorities and contributing to strategic initiatives. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions for increased efficiency. * Identify/escalate issues to appropriate leadership and partner with other functional units to drive resolution. * Analyze attrition trends by reviewing officer survey data and contract performance metrics using Excel and Salesforce. * Deliver weekly executive reports summarizing key findings, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement * Continuously improve team processes, survey strategies, and reporting workflows to maximize engagement impact and program efficiency 40% | Program Oversight & Analytics * Lead a team that identifies accounts with employee retention concerns * Oversee execution of structured survey outreach to employees who voluntarily dropped from the schedule, in order to better understand (and improve upon) their perspective * Analyze survey data in Excel and Salesforce to identify trends and root causes * Prepare weekly executive reports summarizing findings, contract-specific risks, and emerging insights * Build and iterate on dashboards in Salesforce to track trends over time 30% | Cross-Functional Collaboration & Action Planning * Partner with regional and contract Operations teams to socialize findings and identify solutions * Facilitate action planning sessions with field leadership * Monitor and report on implementation status and impact of retention initiatives * Work closely with Talent, Compliance, and Training teams to align on systemic fixes 20% | Re-Engagement & Re-Recruitment Team Management * Oversee re-recruiting team responsible for engaging inactive officers * Coordinate efforts with scheduling and operations teams to streamline officer returns * Produce weekly performance dashboards and executive summaries tracking outreach, conversion, and ROI 10% | Strategic Reporting & Process Improvement * Present program status to senior leadership, highlighting trends and recommendations * Continuously improve engagement survey tools, outreach scripts, and team processes * Identify opportunities to expand data visibility and impact through improved systems and training * Be a thought partner in continuously improving the approach we take to improving employee retention Key Tools Used: * Excel: Pivot tables, index matching, data cleaning, and visualization * Salesforce: Report and dashboard building, data analysis, trend tracking * PowerPoint: eck creation for Executive reporting and alignment This role reports into senior leadership and offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the experience and outcomes of thousands of security officers. Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams * Be self-motivated, positive, and a team player. You work well with others, and you bring a great attitude to your work each and every day. You have high integrity and are excited to produce a great work product. * A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with good, professional writing skills * A desire to contribute to meaningful projects; capable of achieving objectives and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a winning culture. * Excellent communication and reporting skills, with a track record of presenting insights to executive leadership Nice to have: * Experience utilizing Salesforce within a medium to large organization or Salesforce Trailhead exposure/completion * The ideal candidate is excited about being a problem solver - they want to tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic and data. Identify the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms. * Comfort with survey design and analysis, including exit interview methodologies Education and Experience: * Preferred candidate has a Bachelor's degree, with graduate-level education a plus. * 5+ years' experience supervising a team of direct reports.
