As part of the Global HR Compliance team, the individual in this role will serve as a central coordinator and subject matter expert for compliance efforts related to contingent labor across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Contingent Labor/Strategic Sourcing, and business leaders on contingent workforce risk mitigation, worker classification, and vendor governance.

This is a high-impact role supporting our global workforce and will be key to enhancing the compliance maturity and operational integrity of our contingent labor and compliance programs.

Global Contingent Labor Compliance

  • Support compliance with global, federal, and local labor laws related to the use of contingent workers.

  • Monitor developments in employment law, regulatory changes, and global best practices that impact contingent workforce management.

Policy Development & Governance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain policies and procedures governing contingent workforce engagement.

  • Lead periodic reviews and updates to contingent labor policy documents to ensure ongoing alignment with legal and business requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth compliance related research and provide process and policy change recommendations.

  • Support policy management programs.

Worker Classification & Risk Management

  • Conduct independent reviews and assessments of worker classification decisions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on co-employment risk and compliance obligations across various countries.

  • Support audit preparation and respond to internal and external compliance inquiries related to contingent labor.

Vendor & Program Oversight

  • Work closely with Contingent Labor and Strategic Sourcing teams to assess and onboard labor suppliers in alignment with compliance standards.

  • Support and/or lead periodic supplier audits, ensuring contractual and legal compliance of third-party vendors providing contingent resources.

  • May deliver training to key stakeholders on contingent labor policies, classification standards, and compliance risks.

General Compliance Responsibilities

  • Participate in or support additional HR compliance initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/related field (Finance, Compliance, Purchasing) or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, compliance, or contingent labor management.

  • Deep understanding of contingent labor issues, including worker classification, co-employment, and global compliance requirements.

  • Strong technical system and data management aptitude.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory environments.

  • Ability to operate as a self-starter, managing multiple priorities independently, and driving initiatives from conception through execution.

  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws in NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.

  • Experience with HCM technology (e.g., Workday).

  • Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer Service and Team focused.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$76,400.00 - $142,000.00
