The M365 Engineer Sr will contribute directly to the acceleration and implementation of all M365 workloads. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services. Responsible for technical leadership and driving the Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive, SharePoint administration, PowerApps, cloud automation as well as ensuring adherence to security baselines/conditional access policies related to M365 environments and services.



  • Responsible for system infrastructure, analysis, administration, and troubleshooting the Microsoft 365 technology stack.
  • Identify areas of improvement regarding end-user experience from a design standpoint
  • Analyzing, designing and implementing new technologies for applications within the O365 environment
  • Communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
  • Implements, Conditional Access/Tenant policies, M365 mobile device management and Intune
  • Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives
  • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of all Microsoft 365 workloads, including Intune, Exchange, Viva, CoPilot, Teams
  • Work closely with Active Directory team in support of identity related tasks and issues with Entra ID and Entra ID Connect.
  • Serve as an escalation point for other team members.
  • Develop and run PowerShell scripts across workloads in support of automation efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects/efforts efficiently with time related constraints.
  • Work closely with cyber security operations team in support of Microsoft Defender for Office.
  • Work closely with other teams to support the Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Working with end-users and vendors to support applications and environments
  • Identify areas of improvement regarding end-user experience from a design standpoint
  • Develop documentation, admin and best practice guides based on healthcare requirements
  • Provide day-to-day technical, administrative, and functional support for various infrastructure systems
  • Manages ServiceNow tickets for users as part of comprehensive responsibilities.
  • Meeting regularly with clients and attending client meetings and engaging executive management
  • Lead initiatives for researching and deploying new applications
  • Build and manage Microsoft 365 licensing and automation


Minimum Certification- 2 certs required:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Assoc.:O365
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Admin Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Team Admin Associate
