Director of Wealth Content Strategy and Communications Responsible for developing the strategy, narrative and execution of all client communications for the Asset Management & Trust team. Reporting to the President of Asset Management & Trust, this leader will collaborate with our investment team, market leaders, and client advisors to develop and deliver content that supports our strategic goals and targeted client experience. The Head of Wealth Content Strategy and Communications will also own key internal communications and ensuring advisors understand the communication strategy and targeted outcomes. Primary Responsibilities: Working across client channels and segments, identify opportunities or situations for client communication engagement, determining target audience/impact and manage all aspects of implementation. Develop communications in a strategic and thoughtful manner, with the goal of optimizing client and sales team experience as well as the realization of targeted outcomes. Lead development of content needed to drive lead generation and engagement tactics within marketing campaigns built to drive the firm's strategic goals Partner with client-facing business leaders, investment teams, and marketing in the development and execution of content and client communications aligned to business and campaign goals. Partner with sales team management to understand significant client feedback and generate compelling ideas for content that aligns to business goals and highlights the value and differentiators of our offering. Develop strong relationships with our investment experts, product managers, sales leaders and compliance team to aid smooth execution Ensure all content aligns with our brand and value proposition, ensuring attention-grabbing narratives that create memorable, lasting awareness. Keep abreast of developments in financial markets to ensure that content is relevant for our target audience. Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, marketing, journalism or other writing-focused areas of study. 8+ years of experience in content marketing and investment thought leadership writing for an investment manager Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders in relation to content marketing strategy and best practices. Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across marketing, investments, sales and product teams. Strong technical understanding of financial markets, investment products and data sets and economic concepts Excellent editorial judgment to ensure appropriate content and messaging for external audiences, coupled with the skill to transform technical concepts into simple, clear, concise content that resonates with the audience.
