Here's what you'd do:
- This role involves utilizing specialized methods and techniques to complete precise electromechanical assemblies, preparing prototype-level assemblies and tests, conducting performance and hardware development testing, and supporting engineering staff with performance diagnostics.
- Work independently performing complex assembly, testing, and diagnostic analysis on a variety of electronic hardware.
- Mechanical assembly duties involve building and integrating assemblies from components.
- Perform wire soldering within box assemblies and cable creation.
- Conduct acceptance tests using instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other laboratory equipment.
- Investigate assembly issues that impact final build quality or functional performance.
- Assist engineers regularly in diagnosing performance-related problems.
- Operate in ESD and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) controlled areas, using personal protective equipment such as smocks and wrist straps.
- Interpret schematics and assembly drawings with minimal written instructions.
- Maintain up-to-date process certifications in line with company requirements.
- Accurately record and manage data as needed.

Pay: $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of electronics experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of soldering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with various electronic components, their key features, and interrelationships.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating Computer, especially with Excel, handling complex spreadsheet functions and applications.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- IPC610 Solder Certification.
- A solid understanding of electronic hardware principles and operation.
