Senior Pharmacy Analyst, PremierProRx
What will you be Doing: The Senior Analyst is accountable for building a data monitoring and reporting tool and process for a PremierProRx member compliance program. Data is to be compiled, validated, reported monthly by member to the Field Pharmacy Team and member in a visually appealing format. Member opportunities are identified and communicated throughout the quarter. At the close of the quarter, data is validated with the supplier and coordinated with Finance for member payout, data results are communicated to the Field Pharmacy Team for the member. As additional suppliers are added to the program, data monitoring and reporting will be scaled to handle additional suppliers. This position will provide key reports that depict market share data for key contracted products and contract uptake based upon wholesaler purchase data. This position performs analytics utilizing complex data extracts and presents findings and deliverables to key stakeholders to support internal and external customers including: Pharmacy Contracting teams, Suppliers, and the field force. The role also develops knowledge of the sourcing process, gains familiarity with terms and conditions, Premier electronic tools, and contract execution process.
