All about the role:

The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key contributor to the optimization and support of HR systems, with a primary focus on UKG Pro payroll and benefits modules. This role is responsible for system configuration, integration management, security access management, and process improvement initiatives that enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and user experience across the HRIS landscape.

What you'll do:

UKG Pro Payroll & Benefits Focus

  • Maintain and update job architecture, benefit plans, pay and deduction codes, and pay groups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and benefits integration errors with vendors.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting related to payroll and benefits data.

System Configuration & Administration

  • Configure business rules, workflows, and platform settings to align with evolving HR procedures.
  • Manage custom fields, default values, and visibility settings to ensure data integrity.
  • Administer UKG security roles and conduct quarterly access audits.

Integration Management

  • Build, test, and monitor integration with third-party systems.
  • Use the Web Import Tool for mass data changes and integration testing.
  • Partner with People Data and IT teams to resolve data mapping and sync issues.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop BI reports to support payroll, benefits, and life event audits.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and maintain scheduled reporting routines.
  • Create audit tools to identify rehires, arrears, and deduction reactivations.

Process Improvement & Project Support

  • Lead initiatives to streamline HRIS workflows and reduce manual interventions.
  • Support migrations and reorganizations (e.g., Puerto Rico setup) through system updates and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, especially in payroll and benefits modules

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HRIS integrations and data governance.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
