An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Client Mobility Solutions Specialist (Meta) local to to Aires West Coast region.
This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the client HR Business Partners with the administration of their mobility program via Aires.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handles transferee requests and facilitates issue resolution.
- Supports the client HR Business Partners with mobility program administration.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for mobility-related tickets and inquiries under mobility team member guidance.
- Provides clear and timely policy consultation and move information to relocating transferees.
- Collaborates with HRBPs to create a seamless mobility experience.
- Creates and maintains documentations, guides, and resources related to the mobility process.
- Ensures that all up-to-date information is accessible to transferees and internal stakeholders.
- Attends client meetings via video conferences, as applicable.
- Contributes to process and efficiency improvements.
- Assists in data collection and reporting.
- Leverages client internal technology & equipment to service transferees and support the mobility team.
Qualifications:
- GED/High School Diploma, required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant customer service experience within the relocation industry
- Certified Relocation Profession (CRP), preferred
- Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), preferred
- Must be willing to work Mountain or Pacific time hours
