Overview: Job Description Summary: Designs, develops, and delivers financial reports and dashboards for finance and operations leaders. Works directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, provide technical support, define system scope and objectives, and support implementation of new requirements and plans with a commitment to deliver impactful solutions that drive organizational success. Job Description: Essential Functions: Creates and manages high-impact high-visibility tools, including dashboards and financial reports, that track key performance indicators using Power BI, MS Reporting Services, PowerPivot and Excel, Workday, Calculated Fields and Report Writer. Gathers and analyzes client reporting requirements. Creates SQL server queries and views to support downstream processes. Works closely with Finance and Accounting teams to support key business functions, identify process improvements, and gather and analyze requirements. Manages data integration points between financial planning and Workday. Develops and maintains technical documentation for reports. Collaborates with IT to ensure accurate and efficient reporting solutions. Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience, required. Skills: Extensive training in the design and functionality of the AM and AC modules. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Experience: One year of general accounting and general ledger experience, required.
