As our Vice President, Talent Management & Culture, you will be pivotal in helping us shape and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals. This strategic leader is responsible for driving transformative initiatives that enhance performance management, foster a dynamic organizational culture, and elevate the employee experience. The role involves leading programs and initiatives across talent management, talent acquisition, leadership development, learning and development, employee engagement, cultural transformation, and enterprise-wide change management. Responsibilities:
Here's what you will experience working as our Vice President, Talent Management & Culture:
- Talent Architect:You will act as a thought leader, in partnership with HR and Business Leaders, to fully understand business talent needs and advise on key talent levers to drive better business outcomes through people.
- Talent Acquisition: Ensure enterprise-wide alignment between talent acquisition and overall talent management strategy by providing strategic direction on working planning, selection methodologies, and leadership hiring. Work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver an integrated candidate-to-employee experience that drives long term engagement, performance and retention.
- Performance Management:Lead the evolution of our global performance management strategy to promote clarity, accountability, and growth. Provide global direction and coordination to ensure a consistent, results-driven approach that empowers employees and leaders alike.
- Culture Programs:Champion and scale enterprise-wide culture initiatives that foster inclusion, belonging, and engagement. Lead change management efforts across all functions and geographies to enable adoption of key talent strategies and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Leadership Development: Design and deliver scalable leadership development strategies to build a robust, future-ready leadership pipeline. Introduce programs such as executive coaching and capability-building initiatives to elevate leadership effectiveness across all levels.
- Learning & Development:Oversee global learning and development strategies that build organizational capability, support continuous career growth, and future-proof the business. Provide enterprise thought leadership to drive consistent, high-impact programs that meet both current and emerging workforce needs.
- AI and Talent Strategy:Apply a strategic lens to emerging technologies. Integrate AI into talent practices to optimize experiences and processes, and ensure our talent strategies evolve alongside future-of-work trends.
- Talent Analytics:Leverage people insights to measure impact, guide decision-making, and continuously improve talent programs and outcomes.
- Budget Management:Manage the Talent Management budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and investment in the highest-impact initiatives.
- System Management:You will provide global governance and drive configuration decisions for learning, performance and recruitment platforms.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, learning and development or related HR functions.
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role ideally in a company with 10,000 employees or a similarly scaled global organization.
- Proven experience in talent management, learning, and culture programs.
- In-depth knowledge of performance management systems and practices.
- Strong background in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Experience in leveraging AI for talent strategy and demonstrated expertise in talent analytics.
- Excellent leadership and operational skills, with the ability to align and motivate the HR team to deliver on high-impact initiatives.
- Proven ability to consult with and influence senior leadership on talent matters that drive results.
