DUE TO EXISTING MILITARY CONTRACTS US CITIZENSHIP OR PERMANENT RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED



  • Excellent computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Syteline (or other ERP type systems), Sharepoint, Solid Works, Geomagic Control X and DEFORM software a plus.
  • Able to interpret customer specifications and purchase order agreements/requirements.
  • Setup and manage Engineering documents.
  • Provide technical support to sales.
  • Prepare Engineering drawings, procedures, and any related documents.
  • Involved in the development and revision of Quality Standards.
  • Initiate and lead general process improvements and initiatives.
  • Understanding and knowledge of basic forging principles.
  • Excellent organization and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, office equipment, using business websites, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Safety and security orientation by actively promoting and personally observing safety and security procedures and using equipment and materials properly.
  • Utilize problem solving (5 Why, etc.) and Lean manufacturing tools for process improvements.
  • CNC programming skills and experiences in programming systems is desired.
  • Knowledge of CNC Controls but not limited to Fanuc, HAAS, Okuma, Toshiba and others is a plus.
  • Ability to design tooling and fixtures for a variety of jobs.
  • General understanding of Automation.
