This role is a hybrid position
Some roles require an office while others may be done remotely. This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston office location.

The Treasury team at Sonos is a key pillar of the Corporate Finance function and is responsible for Short Term Cash Forecasting, Intercompany Capital Structure, Liquidity & Risk Management, Foreign Exchange Exposure and Corporate Insurance. Reporting to the Treasury Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance, the Analyst will support a broad set of responsibilities, including capital structure, liquidity management, and insurance management. Additionally, the Analyst will have the opportunity to support transfer pricing and intercompany global structuring.

What You'll Do

  • Support global cash operations including cash reporting, cash positioning/reconciling, intercompany payments

  • Support bank relationship management and compliance

  • Support corporate insurance program

  • Regularly review internal processes and systems to ensure compliance with best practices while identifying opportunities to reduce risk, optimize cost, utilize capital efficiently and leverage shared services center

  • Partner across the organization to support new business initiatives and global expansions in new and existing markets

  • Complete internal and external audit requests; responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

  • Assist with future foreign exchange and capital market initiatives

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

  • 1 - 3+ years of corporate banking, treasury, accounting or finance-related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite with an emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets

  • Highly organized, task-oriented, attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about continuous process improvement and utilizing technology to automate process steps whenever possible

  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills and able to build rapport inside and outside of the Company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, proficiency in financial modeling

  • Familiarity with the corporate treasury function, understanding of corporate banking

  • Self-starter with ability to effectively collaborate with business partners and other stakeholders to deliver expected results

  • Desire to learn and develop a broad set of corporate finance skills

  • Experience with SAP and/or a Treasury Management System

  • CTP progression a plus

The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:

$68,000 and $85,300

The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
