Job Overview: The Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Coordinator I acts as an intermediary between the Operational and Clinical Departments Hospital and Medical Group and the Central Business Office to identify, resolve and monitor issues as it relates to the performance of the Revenue Cycle. This role is responsible for monitoring Revenue Cycle established goals and participating in the achievement of strategic goals of the revenue cycle as well as for motivating Operational and CBO leads to achieve these goals and maintain best practice in process. Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Coordinator I uses the basic understanding of Revenue Cycle to perform job duties and may need some guidance as they learn the appropriate options available to address unusual situations.
