The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Main Function: Prepares all foods for patient and non-patient functions and meals assigned,

Works various shifts under the direction of the First Cook,

Follows daily production sheets routinely and records overages and underage's after each meal service,

Practices high levels of sanitation as instituted by department,

Maintains high standards in personal hygiene and safety,

Qualifications

Required:

Prior food preparation and cooking experience in a hospital or restaurant setting

Preferred:

Knowledge of Sanitation and Safety Standards

Scheduling Requirements:

5:30 am - 2:00 pm

3:00 am - 11:30 am

6:00 am-2:30 pm

Monday through Friday, every other weekend, and holidays
