The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Payroll Systems department is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Time and Attendance (T&A), Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management, and other dependent applications across RWJBarnabas Health. The Manager, Payroll Systems will lead a team that provides day-to-day functional and integration support for T&A systems and their connection to enterprise applications such as HCM. This role plays a critical part in supporting production environments, implementing new affiliate sites, and managing upgrades, releases, and technical system changes. The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT, and site-level teams, to ensure systems meet operational needs and support business objectives. The role is integral in maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance, and enhancing system functionality to support the broader goals of the Health System. Qualifications: Required:
