The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University Public Safety Department is currently seeking a Student Office Assistant for our Manchester Campus in the Public Safety Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering the Phone
• Dispatching Officers over the radio
  • Prioritizing calls based on urgency and importance.
  • Completing call logs in Advocate Security Report System.
• Greet and assist visitors including students, staff, faculty, and university guests.
• Pre-approving students for parking permits
• Helping students order parking permits
• Good customer service
• Taking Messages
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in an Undergraduate Day program at SNHU
• Work Study as part of their financial aid package
• Students with work study may be prioritized
