Branch Manager

The purpose of the Branch Managerrole at HHSB is to serve as a dedicated leader, the primary branch salesperson, and overall retail expert. They are committed to optimizing branch performance through strategic leadership, team development, and adherence to the highest standards of customer service. This pivotal role involves fostering a culture of continuous learning and development among team members, setting clear performance goals, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievements. The Branch Manager is dedicated to enhancing branch performance and efficiency by identifying and addressing inadequacies in staffing, production, accuracy, and service levels, with a focus on continuous improvement. Team members are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations applicable to the position.

Primary Job Duties:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training.
• Oversee branch operations including cash management, audits, security protocols, and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on branch performance goals, loan and deposit growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an individual loan portfolio and support loan quality standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team engagement.
• Promote HHSB's values and foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Support customers with advanced banking needs and leverage CRM tools for relationship management.
