*Location:* Irving, TX 75039 *Workplace Type:* Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) *Start Date:* August 18, 2025 *Duration:* 36 Months (Contract) *Pay Rate:* $45-$47 Hr *About the Role:* Financial Service organizations is seeking a highly skilled *Systems Engineer* to support enterprise-wide software remediation efforts. This role is responsible for tracking and reporting End of Service Life (EOSL) and Not Permitted Technology (NPT) infrastructure and application products within the Employee Experience and Data Management Technology portfolios. The individual will coordinate remediation efforts with partners, ensuring alignment with committed timelines, and will analyze product relationships to identify broader impacts of remediation. They are expected to take a holistic view of NPT, recognizing when the remediation of key components affects other products. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and partner teams *Key Responsibilities:* * Track and report on EOSL/NPT infrastructure and application products. * Perform software remediation on enterprise workstations. * Communicate remediation strategies and timelines with partner teams. * Analyze product data to identify broader remediation impacts. * Provide lifecycle oversight for the Employee Experience Technology suite. * Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. * Use Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) for reporting. *Top Skills - Must Haves:* * 4-6 years of experience in systems engineering or system administration * Extensive experience with *SCCM* * General understanding of command-line scripting (*PowerShell* or *VBScript*) * Experience performing *software remediation* *Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:* * Experience with enterprise vulnerability management tools * Familiarity with desktop security practices and tools * Understanding of Active Directory and networking in large environments * Automation skills to reduce manual tasks * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills *Required Qualifications:* * Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and application troubleshooting * Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel * Ability to work independently and in a global team environment * Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
