Description Salary Conversion: The salary at conversion is $112k to $122k based on qualifications and experience. The candidate must be willing to accept that salary range. This range is non-negotiable. Do not commit to a specific conversion number as the conversion offer will come during that process. El Paso County is looking for a BA supervisor to manage and lead 2 business analysts within the PMO. Job Duties: - provide guidance, mentorship, and training. - Conduct performance evaluations and motivates staff to reach peak productivity and performance; participates in the hiring and disciplinary process. - Oversees team development, changes, objectives, and plans to achieve key results/impact. - Participate in project intake work. This resource would assess and gather requirements for a project. They would define objectives, document current and future states, discuss and document scope, and assess risks. - Works with customers to understand and document business problems, needs, values, and benefits to support the PMO in the project intake process. - Writes technical and end user software and system documentation. - Writes requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
