PROJECT DETAILS This assignment will support consumer lending operations focused on work exceptions and control reporting. They will be responsible for ensuring report integrity by fixing balances, status codes, and any variables before those reports flow to Quality Control teams who monitor them, perform testing, and audits throughout the year. *Experience Level* Entry Level Job Title: Operations Analyst - Consumer Lending (Quality Control Support) Location: West Des Moines, IA, US About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our Consumer Lending Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of exception and control reports before they are reviewed by our Quality Control (QC) teams. If you have a strong grasp of legal processes, a knack for Excel, and experience working with QC or audit teams, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Review and correct report data including balances, status codes, and other key variables. * Ensure data integrity before reports are passed to QC teams for testing and audits. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy. * Support ongoing control reporting initiatives and exception management processes. Top Skills Required: * Legal Process Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation related to consumer lending. * Quality Control Experience: Understanding of QC processes, especially in a business or operations context. * Microsoft Excel Expertise: Strong user-level skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. Nice to Have: * Experience in consumer lending or financial services. * Familiarity with audit or compliance reporting tools. * Exposure to workflow automation or data visualization tools. Project Details: This assignment focuses on supporting work exceptions and control reporting within consumer lending operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that reports are accurate and audit-ready before they reach the QC teams who conduct year-round testing and compliance checks. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
