Program Snapshot Location: Escondido, CA Model: Community-Based, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Members Served: 160 Referral Source: San Diego County (following Superior Court petitions) Who We're Looking For We're seeking a licensed behavioral health leader with a passion for operational excellence, a sharp eye for budgetary stewardship, and a strong presence with county and community stakeholders. You're equal parts strategist, mentor, and systems thinker-with a track record of driving clinical outcomes while maintaining a strong fiscal foundation. Your Role: Strategic, People-First, Results-Oriented As the Administrator, you'll manage all aspects of program operations-including budgeting, staffing, compliance, and quality outcomes. You'll play a key role in building and sustaining strong relationships with San Diego County leadership, and ensuring we exceed expectations in this groundbreaking initiative.
