Responsibilities Own project delivery from mid-stage development through launch and into live service, managing the roadmap, schedule, and key milestones.Drive R&D (Research & Development) and Iteration on the title to rapidly prove-out key features.Champion the launch process, serving as the key liaison for all compliance, legal, privacy, and security reviews to ensure a smooth path to market.Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, artists, and marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Communicate with clarity and urgency, providing regular proactive updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.Optimize production pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.Embody our Culture & Values | |
