About the RoleAs a Lead Software Engineer (LMTS), you will play a critical role in leading technical execution, shaping product direction, and driving engineering excellence within the CAPS team. You'll set the technical direction for scalable systems, ensure operational readiness, and coach engineers to raise the bar. In addition to core engineering, you'll collaborate across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams-and play a key role in identifying where GenAI/LLMs can improve customer trust and where AI tools can accelerate developer productivity. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100. |
