Summary:

This role provides design, implementation, and third level support for enterprise systems management tools.


Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver services that facilitate the initial setup process of end-user devices, system policy and control, app packaging, distribution and security updates.
  • Provide remote support for mobile devices, laptops, desktops, virtual desktops, printers, and IoT devices.
  • Provide configuration and third level support of enterprise systems management tools.
  • Provide architecture, oversight, and troubleshooting of policies, deployments and patching for Windows, Mac, iOS/iPadOS and Android devices.
  • Manage and support end user technologies such as macOS and Windows computers, printers, mobile and IoT devices.
  • Troubleshoot and ensure resolution of end user device issues, including root cause analysis and escalation to vendors as required.
  • Ensure integration with various systems management solutions including Active Directory, SAML SSO, security (EDR/EPM), connectivity (VPN), and asset management.
  • Package and deploy applications through systems management tools.
  • Assume responsibility for security patch management.
  • Ensure issues are escalated to management and/or vendors in a timely fashion.
  • Provide resolution for problems based on root cause analysis.
  • Adhere to established change control procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role may have supervisory responsibilities.

Interaction:

This role will interact with all levels of the organization.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology required
  • Experience with endpoint management tools required
  • Certifications a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft M365 / O365 security suite
  • Demonstrated experience in working with an external operations partner
  • Experience in IT security and risk management (understanding risk assessment, legal and regulatory requirements, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies etc.)
  • General understanding of infrastructure components, including infrastructure security components (e.g., Network security, Firewalls, IDS, IPS etc.)
  • Experience with protected health information or personally-identifiable information
  • Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in leading or coordinating activities across a diverse group of professionals with visibility to senior management
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to influence and lead others

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this role is $102,000 annually to $140,000 annually.
The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
