Seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the digital transformation of Materials Management hospital operations through low-code platforms, intelligent automation, and cross-system integration. This role will lead efforts to modernize workflows, increase transparency, and enhance productivity across departments using technologies like FileMaker Pro, Claris Studio, AI/ML, and offline-capable mobile solutions.
- Digital Workflow Transformation:
Design and implement mobile-first, offline-ready applications that replace manual, paper-based, or fragmented processes across clinical and operational environments. - Systems Integration:
Lead the integration of key hospital systems (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft, EMRs, inventory platforms, HR systems) using REST APIs, Claris Connect, and custom scripting to ensure real-time data flow and eliminate redundancy. - AI-Driven Enhancements:
Deploy semantic search, predictive analytics, and custom AI models (e.g., internal GPTs) to streamline service requests, automate data entry, and support natural language dashboard queries. - Mobile and Offline Capabilities:
Ensure data capture and functionality in low-connectivity zones using home generated tools and synchronization workflows, enabling hospital staff to work confidently anywhere on campus. - User Experience & Accessibility:
Develop intuitive web and mobile interfaces for both clinical and non-clinical users. Design tools that minimize training requirements, reduce human error, and increase adoption. - Automation & Alerting:
Implement intelligent automation for tasks such as incident reporting, supply management, and compliance tracking, supported by data-driven alerts and audit trails. - Project Leadership:
Manage full project lifecycle-from stakeholder discovery and MVP definition through phased rollout and system scaling. Deliver measurable outcomes in turnaround times, staff productivity, and system reliability.
