Otolaryngologists willspecialize in the treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related bodily structures. They will provide both medical and surgical care. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, team player with a favorable work and/or training history. The physician should be able to independently administer and interpret routine and special diagnostic tests in an expedient and professional manner. Kelsey-Seybold ENT doctors treat children, adolescents and adults at Kelsey-Seybold's Main Campus location and at neighborhood clinics throughout the Houston area.

Required Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an approved training program in the United States
  • Licensed in the State of Texas
  • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation


Preferred Qualification:



  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency


Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $350,500 - $628,000 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
