Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager - Creative & Media Innovation to join their team!
This is a 7-month contract role with hybrid work required in Los Angeles, CA (Tues-Thurs onsite).
REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years leading integrated marketing campaigns (creative + media)
Background in creative agencies with media divisions or similar in-house roles
Proven ability to develop big ideas and articulate 360 campaign strategies
Experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch, including positioning framework, audience identification, creative, and launch roadmaps
Skilled in managing external agencies and executing both physical activations and digital innovations
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams; ability to push back constructively and align quickly
Excellent organizational skills; experience managing budgets, POs, and timelines
Comfort explaining media concepts in simple terms to stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience with experiential/stunt marketing and campaigns that live beyond a single event
Track record of driving earned media buzz
Understanding of how to merge physical + digital activations (filters, social integrations, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead creative and media strategies for high-impact campaigns across film, series, and live projects
Ideate disruptive, conversation-driving concepts and oversee full 360 execution
Serve as the primary liaison with internal creative, social, and media teams to ensure alignment
Brief and manage external agencies on feasibility, timelines, and creative excellence
Handle budgeting, POs, and campaign delivery
Participate in cross-functional brainstorms and guide implementation from ideation to launch
Identify and incorporate cultural trends and new media opportunities into campaign planning
The pay for this W-2 position is $125/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
