The Position

Project Coordinator

This position is a fixed-term full time position through June 2027. You will receive healthcare benefits, PTO, 401k, holidays and sick time.

The Opportunity

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing end to end ownership of multiple operational functions in support of the RSN (Roche Support Network) Operations team objectives. These functions can include a wide range of worksets from administrative functions to project management support and execution. Each function of this role is in support of driving capacity back to our field leadership and creating new innovative efficiencies that support our service staff members. The Project Coordinator is also given the opportunity to serve in a support capacity on Business Support Consultant (BSC) team functions as a process partner driving not only initiative development, but supporting training, rollout and ongoing execution to ensure project and/or initiative success..

The Project Coordinator also:

  • serves as a project coordinator for the RSN Onboarding program

  • is the sole owner of RSN interview scheduling

  • identifies projects where support coordination can be established and utilized

  • supports and assists with Welcome to RSN new hire sessions while providing onboarding communications to new hires and managers

  • owns primary functions within our REXIS and SAP systems for back office support

  • serve as voice for vendor credentialing and data privacy as needed

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a closely related business area.

  • 3-4 years related business experience.

  • 2 years project management experience or project support experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a project independently.

  • Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, influence and negotiation skills

  • Strong computer software application skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • 2-3 years of Salesforce, SAP and REXIS experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with technical documentation and quality related review preferred

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $65,800 - $122,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
