Position Title: Valve Tech
Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5am-3:30pm QPS is hiring for a Valve Technician at a relaxed, team-oriented company located in Kansas City, KS. Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts, giving you more time for life outside of work. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn new skills, has previous experience and knowledge of power tools (impact guns, etc.), pays close attention to detail, and brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendance. Valve Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Refurbish medial oxygen cylinders - Use hand and power tools (impact gun) to remove the valve on the tanks before they get refurbished and reinstall valve after - Complete paperwork for each tank - Use stamping tools when necessary - Move product around the warehouse using a pallet jack Valve Tech Requirements: - Must speak, read, and write fluent English due to the extreme paperwork involved - Must have a driver's license and own vehicle - Knowledge of hand and power tools - Prior experience working in a warehouse QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
