POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Work Control Supervisor (Days) supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Work Control Manager oversees, schedules, and coordinates the performance of general clerical support for the Work Control Center to include answering Service Desk operations phone calls, processing work orders, and utilizing the work management system.



  • Directs, coordinates, and supports the development and implementation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and standard Work Control operating procedures
  • Oversees computerized maintenance management system user support and training
  • Provides necessary reports to other managers within the program to ensure awareness of current job status and personnel issues
  • Communicates daily with the PM to provide updates on deadlines and material requirements
  • Develops and performs quality control processes to ensure service/work orders are appropriately documented in accordance with the contract requirements
  • Communicates any delays to other managers to ensure full situational awareness for all interested parties
  • Notifies customer POC of job completion
  • Ensures completed work orders are delivered to Government POC
  • Intervenes as necessary in the handling of customer concerns
  • Works with shop managers to ensure equipment PM schedules are loaded into scheduling system
  • Works with shop managers to note outages
  • When receiving a stop work order, the Work Control Manager will personally handle the remaining tasks related to the work order until it has been closed out
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma
  • 7 years' progressive experience in computerized maintenance management systems
  • 2 years' experience managing workflow
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:



  • Thorough knowledge of methods, practices, production procedures, and equipment used on maintenance and operations crafts; of engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Skill in scheduling and determining resource requirements in trades occupations
