Job Overview Under the direct supervision of the Trauma Program Manager and through the use of the trauma registry, the Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator monitors and evaluates the quality of clinical care provided to the injured patient concurrently via chart review and patient rounding. Develops and supports performance improvement initiatives through multidisciplinary rounding, chart review and education. Hours: 40 Hours- Full-Time Location: Lowell General Main Campus Job Description Minimum Qualifications: 1. Massachusetts RN Licensure. 2. Three (3) Years of RN experience in a Trauma Center. 3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. 4. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification. 5. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 6. Obtain Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) AND Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 12 months of hire. 7. Attend trauma program specific education as assigned - i.e. TOPIC.
