FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Tewksbury, MA, to work for If you're looking for a place to build a career where you can quickly move up the ranks in both pay and position, this is the opportunity!

Pay/Schedule: S$22/hr. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,210/wk gross

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support through quoting, order processing, billing assistance, and general customer service tasks. If you are tech-savvy with experience in ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems, and possess excellent phone and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer service-related inquiries
  • Prepare quotes for parts, pumps, and motors
  • Process orders, warranty claims, credit memos, and change orders
  • Provide timely order status updates and maintain logs and tracking systems
  • Interface with customers to resolve billing and AR disputes
  • Support Sales team and assist with export compliance tasks
  • Ensure adherence to ISO9001 procedures and work instructions
  • Prepare and maintain customer communication folders
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP/CRM/ticketing systems strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
