Conde Nast Entertainment was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming. Job Description: The Associate Director of Performance Media is in charge of supporting Conde Nast's social and branded content business across 12 advertising categories (Fashion, Beauty, Vice, CPG, BizFi Tech, Home, etc.). The Associate Director leads the team who builds, optimizes, and manages pacing for campaigns to maximize advertising revenue and surface strategic learnings. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and people-first leader to manage a midsize team (3 direct reports, 9 team members total) of Managers and Campaign Specialists. This role requires an inspiring team lead who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively with senior leadership, and can drive operational excellence across high-volume, high-stakes digital campaigns. The expected base salary range for this position is from $135,000-$190,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
