The Maintenance Technician position is First Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, includes rotating on-call responsibilities and occasional variable weekday hours. As a maintenance technician, you will troubleshoot, build, and repair industrial machinery and systems to keep operations running efficiently. You'll perform scheduled and preventive maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and minimize downtime. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation is a key part of the role, helping track repairs and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This position requires the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team. What You Bring: 3-5 years of experiencein industrial maintenance or related mechanical trades (technical/vocational training a plus). Strongfabrication skills: welding, cutting, and basic machining. Experience withconstruction tasks: framing, concrete work, rigging, and facility repairs. Proficiency inelectrical systems: 120V-480V circuits, motors, and controls. Knowledge ofhydraulic and pneumatic systems: pumps, valves, actuators, compressors, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Basic computer skills for diagnostics and record-keeping. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs., work at heights, and in various environmental conditions.
