Description
GAI Consultants seeks a Senior Planning Manager with 10+ years of experience within our Community Solutions Group practice to assist in regional leadership and practice development. This position is ideally located within our Orlando office, targeted to Florida based clients. A particular area of desired expertise is related to Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRA's), including all aspects of consulting support and Plan Update services according the requirements of F.S. Ch163. Our Planning and Land Development team collaborates with all aspects of our Community Solutions Group service group and other departments at GAI Consultants. Our practice works with public, private, and institutional clients to assist with Land Use Entitlements and Regulatory Planning, Urban Design and Redevelopment and Community Visioning. This position is in-office or hybrid. The successful candidate for this position will be eligible for a GAI sign-on bonus. Bachelors of Landscape Architecture (preferred)
Bachelors of Planning (preferred) Experience
10 years: Similar experience (required)
