Multimedia Developer Remote Summary * Collaborate with instructional designers to recommend and/or co-design visual and other multimedia treatments for learning assets * Work collaboratively with our clients and internal multidisciplinary teams to design and develop highly professional and engaging training products according to the project scope * Create web graphics, animations, videos, user interfaces (UIs), icons, templates, and layouts for use in projects, product development and implementation * Translate storyboards, wireframes, and other architectural documents, based on firm understanding of UI and navigation planning Requirements
Qualifications: * Experience working with commercial eLearning authoring tools; proficient in Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate * Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)- Animate, After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. * Experience developing prototypes and templates * Able to efficiently apply visual design and usability principles to develop instructional media * Experience working in agile development * Experience in developing accessible learning solutions (508 compliant) Preferred: * Experience interacting with clients during kick-off and status meetings; ability to interpret technical concepts and disciplines for various program areas * Experience recording and post-production editing of audio files * Experience using internet related technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages * Experience with extended reality technologies such as Unreal, Unity Pro, Maya, Blender, etc. Education * Bachelor's degree in computer science, interactive media development, multimedia design, graphic design, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum 2 year' experience using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Storyline etc. * Minimum 2 years' experience using internet related technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages; or 2 years' experience using media tools such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS General physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on location of assignment.
