The Senior Office Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of large-scale energy, chemicals, and resources projects. This role provides complex administrative services, document control, and timekeeping, while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, contractors, and customers on-site. Positioned at the intersection of field operations and office functions, this role supports Worley's broader commitment to delivering sustainable change and maintaining the viability of our customers' assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced administrative support for project teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.

  • Coordinate document control and site administration processes with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Oversee timekeeping and reporting for field personnel, contributing to efficient resource and cost management across the project lifecycle.

  • Act as a liaison between contractors, internal stakeholders, and customer representatives to maintain clear and effective communication.

  • Support the implementation and refinement of systems, processes, and tools to increase operational efficiency and data integrity.

  • Prepare and manage complex documentation, proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to internal and external audiences.

  • Guide and mentor less experienced administrative team members, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Engage in process or program coordination assignments as required to support evolving site needs and operational priorities.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach that reflects Worley's values, fostering positive stakeholder relationships and collaborative outcomes.

Qualifications / Skillset
  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent.

  • Extensive experience in administrative and site support roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong understanding of project delivery within the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors, ideally gained through site-based experience.

  • Deep working knowledge of systems and tools related to document control, timekeeping, reporting, and office administration.

  • Proficiency in independently resolving operational challenges and streamlining support functions across diverse project teams.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, impactful documentation and reports.

  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions aligned with organizational goals and procedures.

  • Experience in mentoring or leading others in a collaborative, performance-driven setting.
